@mikehero he said that in 2009 but i don't think he'll make hyperboy into a real show anymore considering the fact that the characters are not fictional and are his real friends and him.

Hey man, I know this news has been long, and I'm not sure if you still check back on this, but sorry to hear Nickelodeon rejecting a full series based on your short, honestly Nick just doesn't seem interested in animation variety anymore. It's even much more harder to pitch animation series to studios nowadays, it's not safe to pitch to Warner Bros., Netflix, or even Disney animation without their content getting axed whether by executive meddling, oscars nominee aftermath, or merger cuts, and I don't know if amazon prime video or apple+ are safe for long. For what it's worth, if you're really passionate about this series, you gotta go indie, it's hard but it's the better longlasting option.
